The biggest fear of many new Consultants is having to prepare a research lesson for a patron.  This presentation walks you through the process of using Helper Resources to guide the consultant in finding a research opportunity and record the finished lesson content.  It will walk the viewer through the actual steps used by the consultant in creating the lesson.  Suggestions are given to assist you in avoiding some of the pitfalls like avoiding missing duplicates in Tree, etc. Link to recording Link to PDF of the slides

This presentation discusses the new and/or updated dated features at FamilySearch.  The website is constantly changing and so this class is periodically necessary so we can all be aware of the changes that have recently occurred.  At the end a new feature at MyHeritage is also highlighted.
