This is a great lesson for new consultants and any continuing consultant who wants to refresh their knowledge of the tools we use in working with our patrons. The first half of the class teaches the six steps we should go through in preparation for creating a lesson for a patron.  This week's class "What's New at FamilySearch 2023-2024" covered a year of change at FS.  It appears that FamilySearch did save up a lot of changes for RootsTech 2024 but throughout the year they had a steady stream of more minor course corrections.  The changes are listed chronoligically so the most recent updates are close to the end.Changes from RootsTech 2024 and later begin at the 22:05 minute mark in the recording.
