Helper Resources were developed for consultants so they would have a program to help them plan and execute a heart-turning Discovery experience. This class will describe what Helper Resources are and how to use the site. The second half of the lesson will demonstrate finding information to help grow a patron's pedigree and hopefully provide new ordinances that can be submitted. The topic is "Family Name Assist" a new tool introduced at the Temple and Family History Leadership meeting at RootsTech this year. This presentation will explain what it is, why it is needed, how to use it, and will provide suggestions related to it and a list of articles that explain it.  The key point of the presentation is that this tool has been developed to assist first time attenders to the temple to be able to without any stress to prepare a baptism/confirmation card for a close family member.
